Hi, I'm using Corel PSP to make a custom desktop wallpaper which resembles the Windows 8.1 background but a little darker.Problem is that when I put it on my desktop it doesn't look flat and even throughout. The values change. It looks a little darker at the top and gets a little lighter as I move my eyes down the monitor. Kind of annoying and this is the reason I haven't used light colors to make my wallpapers. For example, if I use the Windows 2000 blue this is not an issue. The blue looks great. Nice and solid throughout. But this lighter yellow doesn't look even. My monitor is a Samsung LED model number UN19C4000PD. It's a very good monitor but I've never adjusted it or anything like that. I bought it years ago and plugged that sucker in and away I went.So if there is anything I can do to even things out please advise. Please Help.
